The price on this X1800GTO* card is pretty good after rebate, but the card has all 16 pipes enabled and has identical specs to the X1800XL (500 core/1000 ram). This card should perform around the level of a X1800XL/7800GT for under $203 after rebate (less if you don't have to pay tax).

Looks like the card only comes with 12 pipes enabled. Some people have been able to unlock the other 4 pipes using a x1800xl bios, but YMMV greatly. Still decent deal for a midrange card.
