looking for a tablet...

I've been poking around on ebay, im going to just buy a cheap tablet to take notes on. Theres some for 300 dollars but the first gen tablets kinda sucked. Does anyone have a tablet they bought off ebay or some direction they want to point me in

price limit: under 600 dollars (yes i know im a cheap bastard)

I know CC had a Really nice Toshiba tablet. It had a 14'screen, 512mbddr ram, PM 2.0ghz, 80GB, DVD burner, WIFI for $800?? I think. Yeah its way above your budget
