OK Intelliflix is back up on the deals page with some additional service. Apparently we get dedicated customer support. I've only read horrible reviews on other websites, so I was wondering if it is possible to get a refund of the remaining portion of your contract if you're not satisfied. A $100 one-year contract seems too risky without a money-back guarantee. Any info on this Brian?

nm: I just saw the bit about refunds on the deals page. That's good to know. I just signed up. Lets hope the DVD's come quick and in good condition.

I made sure that they would give us a dedicated support until we do anything with them again, so please let me know if you guys have had a bad experience with them. I will pass them along to Intelliflix and make sure that they will fix it for you.

And yeah if you guys missed it on the main page, they do allow you to get a refund now.

Has their website been down for everyone else too the last few days? It acts like it is going to load then it just sits there. Never gives me a page that says it cannot be loaded though. Are they belly up?

I just tried it and everything works fine for me.

regardless of the dedicated support, it takes forever to get movies.

I signed up for intelliflix, and a subscription to netflix.

I sent three movies into intelliflix, and 3 to netflix the same day.

I've since received, viewed and sent back 6 movies from netflix and received nothing from intelliflix.

And I had about 60 - 80 videos in my que from intelliflix.

I def won't be getting another subscription to them

please email me (mailto:[email protected]) and let me know if you want a refund or if there's anything that I can help you with. The reason for the dedicated Got Apex rep is because they want to make sure that you guys are taken care of.

The best deal bar none is Blockbuster's 2 at a time for $24.95 per month. That is, if one is located near you. I have two both located within 3 miles of my house.

Interim Review of Intelliflix:
I've been using Intelliflix for about 2 weeks now with the 3-at-a-time for 8$/month deal. So far I've received two movies, sent them back and the next two have just been "shipped." The third one seemed to have gotten lost in the mail, so I requested a replacement. Still haven't received it yet. I live in NYC and the first two discs I received were shipped from CA taking about 5 days to arrive. You rarely get the movies in the order they're queued, which isn't too much of a problem, because for me, Intelliflix is just a "fill-in" service to supplement my Netflix subscription. I just queue a bunch of movies that I don't necessarily need to watch right away, but know I would ike to see sooner or later. For this purpose alone, Intelliflix is fine for me, but I would NEVER use it as my primary rental service, since it's slow and you're not guaranteed to get the discs in your desired queue order. At this rate it looks like I'm gonna get about 5 to 6 movies a month if I'm lucky. That's worth the $8 a month for me, but for the casual movie watcher, it's probably not worth it.
