I received an e-mail from FTD this morning cancelling my Mother's Day order, but the order did include the following sentence:
"In response to this issue, by clicking through the following link http://www.ftd.com/love you will be entitled receive $15.00 off on
all orders placed with FTD.com through 05-31-2006."
I hope that you guys have a better experience with FTD than I did (...and I hope that you can find some way to cut into FTD's profit margins).
