Sync iTunes

I just bought a network hard drive and put my MP3 files on it. I have 3 computers and I would like those computers to see new MP3 files that are added to the network hard drive. Is there a way to do this in itunes without having to manually add the MP3 file.

Have you tried adding the network drive as a mapped drive, then changing your iTunes directory to the mapped drive? If so, then have everyone change their settings to have iTunes run off a mapped drive.
