I was thinking maybe we cold cobble together a list of those topics that are off-topic for the Off Topic Forum. I know it will prove helpful to me (and maybe others).

If you post a thread and it gets locked/deleted Im not understanding why people are basically reposting and then wondering why its locked. Look at all the ones about immigration that have been locked they are all basically the same. It isnt that hard to figure out...even for me. The other forum that someone OC(I think) has going for political discussion is interesting if people want to discuss them that badly. Dont get me wrong I enjoy reading the political threads and ppls opinions but if its banned constantly complaining or posting them isnt going to get the PF reopened.:shrug:

And i would have to say that immigration counts as political since it is being voted on and debated by politicians... However, the weather in california is nice. :) and i did vote for that... shoot, i think that means its out of bounds.

in beating a dead horse once again, with a peacock feather this time, my thread just stated i wasn't anti-immigration only anti illegal immigration and that i thought the media wasn't defining that enough and making it seem like the majority didn't want immigrants here at all. i didn't see that as political. i was just airing a concern because i felt like some people of Mexican decent were taking offense and protesting, as portrayed in the media, for the wrong reasons some times.
