ALong the waterfront in Downtown San Diego is an art program called "Urban Trees." They have just recently updated the sculptures (I think they do that once or twice a year) so you should go check them out. Some are pretty interesting. Others not. This dragon is along the side of the Cruise Ship Terminal.
