Can anyone recomend a wheel lock nut brand?

Could anyone recommend a wheel lock nut brand? I hate the ricer look of them and it's not like I have $10K rims but I realize the need for them now. Things I'm looking for: security, metal strength, and ease of use. TIA.

McGard is one that comes to mind.

When I go to the Pick and Pull junk yard, occasionally there are some nice wheels with wheel locks on a vehicle. They usually just stay on the vehicle, because no one wants to try and break them off.

What made you realize you need them?

Doh!!! I got a set of Nissan wheel locks for the rims on my Altima. Did you check with the place that you bought your rims?

FYI: Make sure you carry the key for the locking lug nuts in your car in case you get a flat.

They were OEM rims. They actually have to be special ordered because they aren't made anymore. I know you can find wheel locks at the local auto parts store but I'm trying to see if anyone has good/bad feedback on any certain brands.

Good tip with the key. I think I'll keep the key with the spare.

atleast the locks will give the thief a hard time doesn't mean they can't break it.

Thanks. In the spirit of acting quickly I purchased McGard wheel lock nuts per JMK's suggestion. I also bought 4 new light weight rims.
