Replacing a Coil on a Briggs Engine

My mother's push mower stops after 15-20 minutes. I Googled the problem and it comes up with either a bad coil or a clogged fuel cap.

I am assuming the recoil rope start has to be removed and then the flywheel. Does the flywheel require a puller or will it just slip off after the nut is taken off?

lol I tried fixin my Honda push mower once. Boy I thought it was easy. It's still laying in pieces somewhere in my parents garage:-). Then they hired someone else to cut the grass. Which was good for me :-)
