Anyone have one that they already paid for the unlimited 30 days? I'm thinking of getting one if no one has it. I need to do a carfax.

It has been suggested before (anyone need a carfax?) that it is not a good idea to "advertise" carfax sharing.

i found doing a carfax is like pissing in the wind. i used it when my daughter was looking for a new used car. found it was not accurate for the most part .you be better off spending your money buy the consumers report car buying book.
i have 4 cars personally and ran reports on using carfax. it missed 92 percent of the stuff i had repaired .including bump shop repairs done with insurance companys and at dealers.
i say screw carfax its a hype that misses more then it should . !

That's very true. Carfax is good if it shows something, but there's a lot of crap it won't show. Their guarantee only applies to public records. Anyone spending a lot of money to buy a car should cough up a little cash for a pre-purchase inspection by a reputable mechanic who knows what to look for. Or read up on it and do it yourself. A 3rd party is always unbiased though, which is nice.
Regarding the sharing, I doubt there are any consequences if you keep the VIN off the web, keep it anonymous, and only share with long-time board members you trust.

anyone use autocheck then? It's similar to carfax, but cheaper by $5.
