Can anyone in Northern California do labor on my Infiniti?

I hate to pay dealer labor for certain non-specialist jobs (ex. flush transmission, replace PS boots, fix tension bars, etc.) I will get the genuine replacement parts and all you have to do is have access to a lift and the right tools.
I am willing to pay cash.

The car is a 1995 Infiniti Q45 and I have had it diagnosed at the dealer so I know what needs to be fixed and after a discussion with the mechanic there, I know what can be done by a non-Infiniti expert (it is basically a high-end Nissan).

I am in Los Altos, but will travel a reasonable distance.

I think people don't wanna.... or don't know how.

I'd do it, but I live in San Diego. That's not really a "reasonable distance" huh?
