So i wonder if i go to the dealership and....

And i get a new car, lease a new car, a mustang let's say, then i put a NOS kit on it, completely friggin kill this car in 3 years, then take the NOS off and return the car... would i face any consequences... i mean it's covered bumber to bumper by the wareanty right

With the deep pockets and oodles of lawyers, the automakers probably have this covered under the terms for warranty. Most leasing policies require that you not make any modifications to the car.

Most NOS kits that you install require no drilling or anything, you can easily put them on and take em off thats the beauty of it

Actually alot of kits DO require drilling the manifold for direct port. But thats not the kind your thinking of. If you use a cheater system that you put on the intake, and all of the fuel lines and everything you make them semiperminent you could get away with it. But I think no matter what your still gonna need to modify stuff, such as the fuel pump, arming switch, or TB.

Well, you'd probably lose your security deposit, and I'm sure there's a clause in the lease for excessive damage. I know that if you physically damage a car, ie the bumper, the bank can make you pay for the repair...
