Bodyshop in LA/Orange County
Which bodyshops would you guys recommend for aftermarket fiberglass bodykit in LA and Orange County?
They must provide a quality service 'cause it took me awhile to import this kit from Japan. Thank you. |

Lexus GS430 and soon to be Toyota V300 (clip swap to 2JZ-GTE, already in the warehouse), probably this summer. The kit, sorry, can't tell you the name but I'm sure less than 1% of people has ever heard about it before. Very small japanese company that has never dealt with exporting their kit to U.S. yet according to what they told me.
It's a very clean kit, not ricy at all. Lots of friends recommend me to JT since they do lots of show cars but on the other hand, I've also heard some negative things about them.... If anyone is interested in purchasing a '01 Lexus V8 VVTi 4.3liter engine (300hp) with 25000 miles, PM me with your offer. |

Well.... I was going to import a R34 in exchange of my 430 but.... don't really think a new R34 worth 90k+ via motorex.
However, I currently have some thought of putting the head clip and other parts of R34 into Infiniti G35 (Skyline). I talked about that idea w/my mechanics and we are all very excited by this idea. However, this is not gonna happen soon 'cuz I want to use an used G35 and as you know, G35 just released in U.S. this year so.... maybe 2 or 3 years later? Maybe Nissan will start the Skyline GTR in U.S. in the future? One can only hope. ![]() |

The clip costs around 5 to 6k and the installation is around another 5k or so. Estimate 11k for the conversion. Are you looking for some V8 engine?
I need to sell mine. |

I wouldnt wait for the infinity q35 or whatever the skyline jock is, its a very toned down version and is nothing compared to the jspec one, u would need to upgrade cams, pistons and intake manifold, etc. not worth it. i think what ur doing now is very unique and sweet as hell. the only think close to it is a GTR comin out in 03. but its gunna be a racer Z 350, still not as pimp as the V300.
