Sadly, MB only lets people with buying potential test drive cars.

i went to this thing last week. any 21 year old with a licence can do a test drive. the people running the events ive gone to are always friendly, courtious and helpful. ive never recieved any condesending attitudes and never been ignored, unlike my experiences at almost any luxury car dealership.

it's not a selling thing.
they're promoting the eclass.....
no sales people there.

it was definitely fun...
just go for the expensive one...
push it as hard as you can - beyond your fear....cause the car can handle it...

it was awesome...
accelerate as hard as you can and brake as hard as you can...
if you can't smell the rubber, you're not pushing it hard enough.

at the chicago event the e430 seemed to be more fun than the 500 track. i guess the 500 just felt too short because i flew right through it. and yes, you can mash the pedal and drive hard because the cars can take it. definately fun stuff

E430? THey only make the E class in two trims now... E320 and E500. The E55 supercar will be out for 2004.
