Ok so a 20 year old guy going into a benz dealership, that has never leased a car before is bound to get screwed

So i will rely on you guys to help me through it

Me want: e500
My price: the cheaper the better
Type of purchase: Lease

so what is a good rate, how do i talk them down, what should i look out for, should i bring a weapon? etc

walk in well dressed - looking like you've survived the dot.com scare, and have lots of money. drive in with a pretty decent car.

and yeah, look like you know what you're talking about...
they're definitely gonna do a credit check on ya though, so....how's your credit - does it show that you have a lot of money, or very little money?

or perhaps the parents there with ya may help.

You want to put the minimal amount down. Usually, this is first month's payment, registration and doc fees. Keep in mind that leases can be expensive. I've been hearing the lease on the E500 is around $1000/mo on a 36 month term. As for credit, Mercedes no longer uses a FICO based model. They look at your bank information, your income, and the FICO. A 20 year old doesn't necessarily fit their model profile especially if they have never leased or purchased a car. If your dad is too busy, you may just want to contact a dealer with an internet sales manager and use your father's name. They will usually deliver the car with the paperwork. Very minimal work. When I leased my Mercedes, it was basically sign and drive. I was out of the dealer in 20 minutes because all the BS paperwork had already been processed.

That would be the panoramic sunroof... In addition to the solar panels. THose are bad ass. They keep your car cool using solar power instead of draining your car battery.

simple. Do you research

go to edmunds (though that site gets worse every day it seems)
go to the company website for lease/finance incentives
check the classifieds for lease/finance incentives

most important of all: find out some benz discussion groups and look for messages on lease deals.
