Car Buying Service Question.......

I ran across this website http://www.bypassautodealers.com/Default.htm and was wondering how this is possible to be consistent over time. They claim to be able to sell cars to customers way below trade-in value......

Also, if someone were to work through a "car finder" (the kind where the customer says the car they want and then they'll find it), what are some of the policies they usually carry with purchase, deposit, warranty, and time frame for car searches?

I was talking about this last night with a buddy of mine who just bought a BMW 328il (E46), and I need some help with this, please.
