Blown sub on EB Expedition
Don't know much about speakers nowadays - what brands are good and stuff. Was curious if anyone has had to replace the sub in an Expedition? It's a 8" Mach system and i have no other info. I figure any 8 inch will work but I dont want to pay too much for it. Is there a kit for a 10" that will fit in the side enclosure. Can that little amp be able to power anything over 8"?

It's a 99 model. Don't know anything about the bumper to bumper but I did hear that lots of their woofers fail in the 1st couple of years. Going to check out crutchfield, it would be nice if it could fit a bigger and better 10" in the same compartment.

Found the exact item but  $449 for it is way too much. I could build a box or buy a bazzooka for less and remove it when I need to.Time to call my friend, who manages a road shop for CC and see what he can do for me. -jel |
