This is disgusting, carfax befowled my car

The other day i was checking my vehicle through carfax, and the report said the following:
ALERT! This 1995 MERCURY COUGAR XR7 (1MELM62W2SH611575) has had odometer problems reported to CARFAX from a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) under the Truth-In-Mileage Act. This vehicle does not qualify for the CARFAX Certified History, a guarantee worth up to $5,000.

CARFAX did not uncover any odometer rollbacks for this 1995 MERCURY COUGAR XR7 (1MELM62W2SH611575).
