1994 Celica rear easher not working

My friend has a 1994 Celica and the washer fluid doesn't come out from the back anymore. It comes out at the front whindshield but not the back. I thought that maybe there were 2 reservoirs for the fluid but the manual said there is only one. Is there another pump for the line going to the back? Maybe that got fried. Or maybe the line is clogged. Regardless how do I find out?

We got that mother fixed. There was a tiny leak in the radiator and I guess the smoke was vapor from the coolant. Cost my bro $400 to get it fixed. All Honda parts. Things are good with the Accord now except for this other leak for the abs. The mechanic said you don't really need to get it fixed because teh abs module cost $800. He said the leak is so small so just be diligent about checking the fluid level and add when needed. Thanks to all you people who helped.
