If ur on a budget, u can always get some Tenzo-R ones, but if u want a good seat for the price, bride seats are worth the $$

Don't forget that the seats in your car are a vital safety component as well. The last thing you want is a set of cheap seats collapsing on you in an accident. I read in Sport Compact that one of the Tenzo or Matrix seats are actually just rebadged Sparcos and are cheaper because of that. You might want to examine and compare the seats closely to see if this is true.

alright im going to look into the tenzo and matrix seats. the apc seats seem flimsy kinda. im not sure i want to get the seats sliders and 4 point harnesses. what kind of tests can i do to test the seats out (besides comfort)
edit: does anyone know of a good place to order them from? jcwhitney doesnt have tenzo or matrix seats... Last edited by SnowSurfer : 08-20-2003 at 02:13 PM. |

It would be best to see the seats in person. Don't just order Matrix or Tenzo seats off the bat. Make sure they are the same quality as Sparco, Recaro, or Bride seats. Generally, Matrix and Tenzo aren't known for their quality. Without sliders, how would your rear passengers get in? You'll probably need brackets for sure. You probably don't need the harnesses now if your original seat belts will work fine. Not sure how things are on the Civic, but some cars have the belt buckle connected to the stock seats. I don't know of any places to order seats from. I live in So Cal where there are lots of tuner shops that I could visit to shop and compare parts.

yea up in the north east there is only a few tuner shops and the ones that there is, the prices are outrageous. the seat buckle is connected to the stock seat so i am going to have to get harnesses. thats ok though cause i wanted to get 4 point harnesses in the first place. I am still looking for a place to order them online if anyone knows of one
