Recall, Recall
I have a 96 Sebring and Chrysler did a recall on the lower ball joints for this vehicle...
My question is, mine broke not to long ago and I had to get them replaced... Should Chrysler reimburse me since they did a recall on these parts anyway?

Hrm..worth a shot. I would probably try to contact Chrysler directly rather than the dealership.

They should, my uncle got the hook up when firestones were recalled. He had just replaced his tires due to no tread left, and he just sent in his reciept showing the new purchase of tires and he got reimbursed. I hope you have your reciept.

Yes. There was a recall on my Accord, but the repairs were already done because it broke before the recall was initiated. We sent in copies of the receipt and work order to Honda and we were reimbursed.
Contact Chrysler directly. They should be able to give you the info you need. |
