So i was at the Chicago Auto Show yesterday...

And I saw the Acury A-Spec TL concept. I was really impressed with the styling. <drool> 21" rims </drool>

http://autoshow.yahoo.edmunds.com/ne...5/page004.html

Any ideas on how likely it is that Acura will send this into production?

i kinda like it. i dont know about those 21's though. i think some 19's would be fine on that car. but i guess it doesnt look too bad with them. the grill does look kinda "snouty" though. but it's ok i guess. not bad. i'd like to see that out on the roads

I completely agree with you about the wheels and the grill.
The front end is just too busy.

That is a strictly concept car for the show circuit. There already is a TL A-Spec in production. It's basically a TL with a Honda FP package. This includes side skirts, front bumper extension, rear valence skirt, choice of rear lip spoiler (M3 style) or wing spoiler, Brembo front brakes, performance shocks and springs, and 18 wheels. Power output is the same. I think the package is dealer installed and adds over $3K to the price tag plus installation. The rest of the car looks like a regular TL. It's very nice.
