Man busted for watching a porn video in his car
ALBANY, N.Y., Feb 20 (Reuters) - Andre Gainey found out the hard way that in the state of New York it's illegal to drive while watching porn.
Police said the 35-year old man from Clifton Park, New York, was watching a adult movie called "Chocolate Foam" on Tuesday night while driving his Mercedes Benz in the town of Schenectady when he was spotted by an officer at a stop light. Read the rest here

You shouldn't be allowed to watch ANY kind of movie while you are driving. I mean crap, people can barely stay in their lane as it is... let alone with them on the cellphone, talking to their passengers, or watching a freaking movie..

at my dad's company, a couple guys from the shop took a lunch break. they got in the one guy's van, drove it to the handicap spot that's right in front of the front office door. they get in the back, put in a pr0n video, and start smoking a whole lot of bud.

Gainey was charged with a public display of offensive material, driving with a suspended license and driving while watching a television. He compounded his legal woes by giving a false name when he was fingerprinted, prompting police to add a charge of forgery.
