Let's play what's that sound!

Can anyone help me identify this sound?

Imagine what a bathtub or shower sounds like while it drains while you're in a room directly below it. (You know, when water is gently draining through the pipes that you can hear through the walls.)

It happens when I slowly step on the gas when the car is in a stopped position. It stops after the car hits 5 mph.

It's been happening since November or December.

Any ideas?

Water in the vents? Does it only happen when the interior fan is on?

Please remember, I'm car retarded. What's the interior fan? The fan that blows AC, heat, vents and defrosters? If so...it happens with them on or off, I believe.
