Fcuking people who can't parralel park

so i was parked, i come out to get a dvd from my car and my left fender and my headlight and bumper are all like ****ed up.

Kicker #1 The fcukhead braindead guy parked two cars down from me!
how do i know its him?
because he has a dent and my pain on the side of his car. I have his paint and the girl that works in the nail salon near which i was parked said that was the guy.

i call the cops takes them an hour and a half to come meanwhile the guy comes out and tries to leave.
i told him if he leaves i'll rape his rosy a$s
So he didn't leave

kicker #2 with the cherry on top
HE HAS NO FCUKING INSURANCE!!!!
That motherfcuker!!! Now apparently he owns the restraunt on the corner of that street, and the girl was like look, please don't tell him i told you because we're like neighbors. I'm like yo sure sweetheart. Cops are like any witnesses, i'm like hell yea, nail salon. SO they talk to her she tells them what she saw. Now the wife of that guy, --oh boy you should have seen her, ugly as ****, thinks she is god's gift to men, but if she comes to you in a dream you'd have a freaking heart attack--- yea she is that sort of beast, starts screaming at the girl how she is a puta this this and that, and the girl is like i am just saying what i saw, and they have this verbal fight and then the mother of the girl comes out and starts screaming at the wife of the guy that hit my car...... and they have world war whatever! So the cops broke it all up.

In any case i'll get my police report on thursday i will post pics in a lil bit

That story is as great as the dumbass who lived in my previous building who hit my car in the garage, and then tried to hide the damage to his car...too bad I found his car and left a nice letter about how I would turn it over to Police and the LA Traffic Division regarding the hit & run. I got a phone call the next morning.

I cannot stand $hit like that. If you damage someones car, own up. If someone sees you damage someones car and you leave the scene, even if it is only 2 cars down, then you should be charged with a hit and run.

My Volvo S70's been hit two times on a separate hit&run accident. One time was back when I was still in high school when coming out of an AP exam the entire left side of my car was destroyed by soemone who apparently could not park the car into a spot next to me on a completely sunny, dry day. The shop bill came out to something like 2600 and I still had to pay the deductible. Then my car got hit again in the parking lot at my college on a snowy day by someone who clearly skidded his/her way into the spot next to me. Of course, because this time around the damage was on the passenger side, I didn't realize it until I had moved the car. That damage is still there, because I sure will not pay my money to fix the damage.. Yet.

some guy hit my car in the parking lot at the grocery store, it was parked in the first spot, i was looking out the window at my car and saw him do it, my alarm went off, there was a scratch on my front bumper and my sunglasses which i had left near the shifter were on the floor

and he still proceeded to scream at me and tell me that i shouldnt have parked there and that i gave him a dirty look and what not.

I mean it was just a scratch on my front bumper but to yell at me i dont think so, so im like yea im just gonna call the cops and ill explain what happened and the cameras they have on the roof looking down dont lie

so he starts getting scared, i made a quick 300 bucks of it, whatever

this was like 2 months ago though

what would that do.. i'd be taken to jail on assault charges???

NY law is very strict rregarding driving without insurance

Quote:

What Happens If My Vehicle Doesn't Have Liability Coverage?
A. Your insurance company must notify the DMV electronically every time you obtain motor vehicle insurance liability coverage and whenever your coverage has ended. This also is true whether you have changed your insurance company or registered a replacement vehicle, or if your coverage has been reinstated. If your insurance company does not properly notify the DMV electronically, your vehicle registration will be suspended and your driver license could also become suspended.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How Would Driving Without Insurance Affect My Driver License?

A. Your driver license and vehicle registration will be revoked for at least one year if the DMV receives information that you were involved in a traffic crash while driving a motor vehicle not covered by liability insurance. Your license and registration will also be revoked for at least one year if someone else is involved in a traffic crash while driving or operating a motor vehicle you failed to insure.

The traffic court fine could be as much as $1,500 for driving without insurance or allowing someone else to drive your uninsured vehicle. You will have to pay the DMV an additional civil penalty of $750 to get your license back after revocation.

my car has many anonymous battle wounds too man...i HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE that sh!t man. i've been broken into twice, side swipped in my own parking lot at work NUMEROUS times and no such luck as a note...i'm pretty much at the point where i can drive freely knowing that any ding or dent really doesn't matter....

actually, makes me afraid of getting a new car because then i'd wouldn't have the luxary of not being afraid of it being dented up...

B, sorry for your loss. On a side note, we got the picture about 3 pics into it. You documentation is very thorough. A for effort though. Did you get any pics of his car?
How about his ugly wife for the dog files?

The other day I saw a women in a cadi merge into a civic. I thinks she thought her signal was like a controller that magically made it safe to change lanes. It's like open your eyes. How the hell do some people get licenses?

****UPDATE****

I just got the police report. He has insurance in UTICA but doesn't live there and his driver license is astoria NY, so the cop is all suspicious and notified his insurance about POSSIBLE fraud. ALso wrote on the report that he thinks that the car was in fact involved in the accident although the guy denied that he was the driver

Glad to hear Burz.

I have an unidentifiable white scrape on my car, and I'm not happy. Why can't people just fess up?

damn that sucks man - hope you get it fixed w/o any out of pocket expenses...

i think i've bumped other cars in the past getting OUT of a very tight boxed in parallel parking spot (i.e. boxed in AFTER i was parked), but i mean bumped, not rammed... and i always checked both cars to see if there was any damage. Never even a scratch, cause if i think i'm even getting close, my car is BARELY moving. That guy mustave just gassed it to smash your car like that. Geez.

I have been on the recieving end of some door dings though, and that pisses me off.

Nice touch with the candy hehe
