Sucks for the guys kids but I have no sympathy for 2 thieves who took the low road and paid the price.Better them than some innocent bystander or driver.

yeah, I can't find any good links for that. all the news agencies cut that one off before the guy gets lit up. the sick side of me wants to see the uncut version.

So they stole a car that the owner left the keys in. Like who leaves their keys in their car? Sounds like his car deserved to be stolen.

Apparently a lot of people like to leave their keys in the car with it running while they go inside for a slurpee or something. I think it happens a lot in the DC metro area.

I don't think their cars "deserve" to get stolen, but it is an extremely stupid thing to do.

Thats like saying someone deserves to get hit by a drunk driver because they live in a state that sells alcohol.

Okay, deserved may be too strong. But if you do something incredibly stupid then, I'm sorry, but I just can't take too much pity on you. This is similiar to walking through the ghetto with a $100 bill sticking outta your pocket. If you ask to be robbed then....

You shoulda seen the chase on TV yesterday. The guy pulled in a mcdonalds and started running away. He tripped, his gun fell out of his hands and he was shot repeatedly by the police. And all of this was shown on live TV.

He dropped his gun then reached for another one on his waist band and ran toward a shopping mall. Then he was shot.

Maybe the police were disgusted by his gun handling skills.

Kinda crazy...this chase was practicalling in my backyard. Only about 5 miles from where I live. Guess I missed a little bit of news while out of town this week. I know the exact exit where he tried to get off and it is a hard 90 degree turn. Not surprised that the Ranger slid through and into that semi.
