i think your bolt pattern is 4x100, so you would need to convert it to a 5 lug bolt pattern to fit 5 lug wheels. but also, some of those sites are weird with their pictures. check the specs of the wheels as well as the picture.

It's 4x100mm and there are plenty of 4-lug pattern wheels out there (or universal 8-lug).

I'm not sure, but sort of am...anywho...I know I have 15" rims, yet I don't know the width. the thing is, I want to use my current tires on the rims I want to buy. Will my tires work on a 15"x7 or will my tires only work on 15"x6.5? here are the rims I'm wanting to get...ready...vote http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT I think I want rim number 3...but we'll see Last edited by Cheesypuff : 11-18-2005 at 03:47 PM. |

If you've got the plain steel rims, look closely at them. There will be a stamping on there somewhere that says the size (i.e. "15 x 5.5"). It will be stamped in approximately 1/4" tall letters. You'll have to remove any hubcap/trim ring/center cap to see it though. All of the rims I've checked have this stamped on the outside of the rim so you won't have to remove the whole wheel.
As far as your tires fitting a wider rim... If the size is only 1/2" wider then generally it is not a problem. Unless the tire is already mounted on a "too wide" rim. Check the manufacturer's web site and they will list the proper rim widths for a specific tire model. |
