driving directions to multiple destinations

is there any online tool that will allow me to enter multiple addresses and get driving directions from one to the next? ideally, it'll direct me in a circular fashion from my house to each one and then back home.

i know i can get the directions from one to another manually, but i'm really looking to figure out the shortest way to go to all the addresses

MS Streets and Trips has a Route Planner that'll do this, but it is not online.

Go to yahoo maps and click on the link to try the beta version. It will let you enter multiple locations in the directions.

Wow, that new map service is great. They also now have an option to combine the map route with a satellite photo as well.

Thanks.

i lied, it won't do what i want. it can put together a "round trip" meaning only that it will bring you back to where you started. It won't figure out a "circle trip" for you.

I'm not sure what you mean. I just configured a trip from my home to Indianapols to St. Louis to Omaha then back to my home. A nice big circle.

I tried it and it worked. Went from my home, to work, to a friends house, back to home.

i worked when i had just 3 or 4 destinations. but i put in 6, 3 in durham and 3 in chapel hill. it routed me from my house in chapel hill up to durham 1, then durham 2, then back to chapel hill 1, then chapel hill 2, then back to durham 3, and finally back to chapel hill 3.

the map looked like 2 X's. maybe i did something wrong i'll try it again to day.

I'm not sure what you did. One thing - don't click on the roundtrip button until you are at your last stop - "roundtrip" just adds your first location to the end of the destination list.

the beta must just not like my area. i tried again with 4 addresses and it couldn't find two of them, but the regular yahoo maps could. bleh...i'll keep trying though, cause i like the concept.

Is this for showing homes? Our MLS routes them for us.

no, but close. it's for door knocking expired listings. i don't think our mls does any routing, but i'll have to check.
