The Low Key Weekend

I had me a low key weekend.
Saturday, I dropped Sammy off at her job teaching swim class, and stopped at the grand reopening of the local Best Buy. As I was apparently customer number 289, I scored a car charger, a water bottle, and a 10 buck gift card. Which I spent on a 20 dollar game.
After that, I played said game, did some running around with the family and then we all watched the Avengers. Stella, the only one who hadn't seen it, seriously enjoyed every scene the Hulk was in.
Sunday was low key, till it wasn't. Sammy was running a fever all day, and all I wanted to do was to play Borderlands. But then I had to shuttle Greta around, and then we got last minute word that there was a party for our old high school drama teacher/director, so we rushed off there because she is quite possibly our most favorite person on the planet. So glad we went, even if it did make us all feel old, especially when we realized her oldest was now the age she was when Greta and I graduated.
This week, I dunno, I'm just gonna take it as it comes. I'm still feeling mellow, and i like that.
You go have a day.
