Oy! It's Friday,and no one can take that away from you.
I made the mistake of using a scale. Oy, it's time to get on the exercise bike, because suddenly there is more to me then I care for. I should perhaps eat better too.
I am not the most motivated person in the world to do things like that. Change for me is always long in coming, but tends to be sudden when it does finally happen. Usually, I have to be annoyed. Sort of my philosophy of house cleaning. It's fine till it ticks me off.
Well, I'm annoyed now, so we'll see.
