Marinade for cheap, tough (or price reduced) steaks...
A half-bottle of worcestershire, one 16 ounce can of cheap beer, and about a tablespoon of Mrs. Dash. A little garlic is good, too.
Marinate overnight in a big baggie in the fridge, then grill to your liking, basting with the marinade. The beer tenderizes the meat nicely.

You can cut cube steaks with the side of your fork when marinated and prepared in this manner - no lie...
