wifey did not cook today -
had bowl food - rice, chix patty, hot sauce, lemon juice, some leftover meat, mac and cheese (sons leftover lunch), some corn, and few lettuce leaves. I know it sounds weird- borderline gross - but it was actually quite tasty!
