I got a 15.7 lb turkey and my aunt has a 21lb turkey to feed about 40 people. I hope that's enough.

Our's is just short of 25 lbs. My wife figures she'll get up at 4 am to start cooking it.

I have my brine ready, and the bird's going in once I get home this evening.

Drive it up to Jersey in the cooler, and deep fried tomorrow morning :-D
