there's no good way, because it should be crispy, but then there's no way to make it crispy when you have the sauce on top.

if you really want it crispy, you can always deep fry it again or broil it. in fact there are certain chinese dishes that are deep fried with sauce on them....
but do you really want to go through all that trouble for leftover chinese food? leftovers are supposed to be easy and gross, which is what makes it soooooo good. ![]() |

put it in a deep bowl. Cover with a paper towel or something because it will get splashy. Consider over cooking and letting it cool down for a minute.

I'd either pan fry/heat it or put it in the oven. Microwave tends to make the chicken kinda rubbery... but if you eat it fast enough after cooking you might not notice.

helps a little, but not a total solution.
Trust me, I've eaten lots of re-heated Chinese food.. but honestly, like I said it's gone so fast I don't much care as long as it's hot. ![]() |

Cold is awesome. It makes food taste sweeter. It also thickens the sauce.
