Eggs
1. Over medium
2. Scrambled with Cheddar
3. Omelet

Toast
1. Sourdough
2. English Muffin

Only reason I would go out for breakfast is for hash browns. I love hash browns. I can make them but they are not quite right....

If I'm going out my eggs are scrambled. I don't usually get toast, but if I do, it's going to be wheat.

At home I have a pretty specific way I cook my eggs. I put 3 eggs in a pan that has been well buttered. As soon as all the eggs are in, I start throwing spices on. Red pepper, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and a random one from the spice rack. By this time they are nice and white, so I carefully flip all of them over for 30 seconds. I want my yolks to be slightly runny, but cooked halfway also. Then I throw some parsley on, and plate. My wife usually makes her version of hash browns, which I like to put under my eggs. Cover it in maple syrup. So yummy.

Eggs over easy. Runny yolks good. Runny whites VERY BAD.

Wheat toast w/ butter and jelly/jam/preserves.

But really, I don't go out for breakfast much. I can cook all the breakfast items I would eat out at home much cheaper.

In fact, this morning I fried up a small ham-steak, eggs over easy, and oatmeal with some brown sugar and molasses.

But that's just the weekends. During the week its more like a cinnnamon raisin bagle with nothing on it, a piece of fruit, and tea.

Eggs over medium or scrambled, depending on my mood.
Toast as sourdough, wheat, or english muffin depending on my mood.
On the toast will be spread butter and then jam.

Omelet - 2 whole eggs + 4 eggs (whites only) + mozzarella, tomato, garlic, salt, pepper, and romano cheese. Wheat toast, English muffins, or biscuits optional.

Over-easy - 2 whole eggs + 2 eggs (whites only) cooked over easy so the whites are fully cooked (i.e. not runny) and the yolks are still runny. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Wheat toast, English muffins, or biscuits required.

If I have bacon, I like it slightly undercooked (i.e. not crispy)

What are the Lactaid pills for? I thought that was for lactose intolerence?

I'm so with you on the bacon thing. I don't like the all crispy...well...not all the way. I like it more crispy on the edges then softer on the middle.

Some hens are fed a lactose derivative as a carbohydrate. And those who are very intolarant seem to not be able to stomach it. If I eat egg, it's just like eating cheese. There are a lot of people who are LI who cannot eat eggs. There are a lot of people who are LI who can eat eggs. I find that taking a pill allows me to eat them.

I am still learning about it - trial and error. I can eat certain brands of cheese or some pizza with a pill or two. No milk, haven't tried yogurt but I am wanting some really bad so I need to find some Silk yogurt. Although yogurt shouldn't cause tummy issues because of the bacteria in it... But then again, I can't eat eggs and I should be able to.

Over easy or sunny side, both with the yolks a little runny for my rye toast.

For some reason as I got older the consistency of scrambled eggs disgusts me, can barely take a bite. Strange because that's how I ate them as a youg'un. Go figure.
