Here's something to keep in mind, you'll always know what's on clearance at Wal-Mart if you find that the price is even (ex.$21.00). And though many out there think that once you have bought clearance it's unreturnable. NOT TRUE!!! You can return clearanced items. Trust me I've returned many clearanced items. And if for some reason the customer service ladies and about 90% they are ladies, anyways if they refuse you ask for a customer service manager, if that doesn't work, as for an assistant manager if that doesn't work ask for the store manager. And on rare occassions that the store manager doesn't help you, then ask for a district manager. There is no reason that you'll need anyone higher than a customer service manager. Remember: The customer is always right.
