if there are problems with the order, send a copy of the invoice that you received with the pertinent details (i.e. order number, date, etc.) intact to me and i'll pass it along to my contact there.

I have not checked the credit card yet but mine says accepted and when you click on the order it says shipped* 9/25 and the status at the bottom says *Shipping information recieved or something. I think they are just back logged. The shipping from Overstock is typically vary fast.

I got mine... 8 of the "pearls" were broke off the necklace floating around in the bag. Shame on me for expecting something for nothing.

I do have to say when I entered Overstock's online chat they agreed to ship out another necklace and told me to just chuck the old one.

Stay tuned in 1-4 business days.

When mine hadn't arrived within the expected window, I did a "chat" with Overstock. The first rep said I should expect it within 5 days. When that didn't happen, I did another chat and they said they would check up on it. A day later I got an email from the "ceo" asking how I liked my pearls - I replied and told what I had experienced. About a week later (around Sept. 26) I got my shipment.

...and a second shipment arrived yesterday

mine arrived today!
it came in a cardboard mailer .at first i thought it was junk mail from Overstock.com glad i openned it and didn't shread it as my first thought was . the letter is a picture of a hot blonde chick with the words {a special gift from us to you ) with a computer generated mailing label attached to the letter . not what i exspect a neckless to arrive in anyway . glad i looked (we'll wifes glad i looked lets say) she likes them and well worth the wait people.
