BEWARE! This is a scam. I received my initial order yesterday. They send you a $2 opener with the initial order, saying they are out of the expensive tabletop openers, and they will be happy to send the opener with your second shipment (which, of course, is at full price).

Since I live near their offices in Lake Forest, IL, I may take the case of wine back to them and demand the opener.

dunno. but i was in their wine club for a year or two and like the stuff i got. i've never used the opener so if you really want one, you can have mine if you pay for shipping.

I ordered this a couple of weeks ago and they try to pull a fast one on you. They send the first shipment without the Vitner's Table Top Opener, saying it's out of stock and they'll be happy to send it to you with the second shipment (of course, that shipment is at full price). That would make the deal no deal at all.

Well, to be fair, 12 bottles of wine for roughly $5 per bottle is a good deal. I'd say the wine's "average" but for $5 what isn't???

BTW, If they're going to pull the bait and switch for the opener, they should just change the deal and remove it from the intro offer and reward it for the full price case.
