I just bought 2 sticks of this same memory from my Local Fry's Electronics for $69.99 - $35 MIR.
Since I needed it immediately... I didn't mind the extra $6 premium (not including tax of course). Still a very nice deal on 2GB of memory. (Me remembers when I spent over $300 for 2 GB of memory several years back... /shudderes.  )
