Um wrong. it's a 20" monitor, and the 3.16GHz is a DUAL E8500.

Take a closer look. The picture shows a 20", but if you customize it, it's clearly a 22" - they only offer 22 and 24" with this deal.

But yeah, the 3.16 is a dual, not a quad. But for the price I'd get that one all day long before the Quad 2.4GHz.
