Just like it says, you fill out a form, fairly detailed, not unwieldy, and you can begin the process of actually comparing and shopping for a realtor to help you with the purchase or sale of your property. And the free home valuation isn't like Zillow where it's ball parked - you fill out a fairly detailed 60 second form to receive a free comparative market analysis plus neighborhood comps . I certainly wouldn't put an email address that you ignore but maybe not a personal one either. Work email addresses are perfect for such.
