This isn't the easiest site to navigate once you get your hosting purchased. It's not very obvious and i've spent 10 minutes looking for ftp/upload information on my account.

Guess we get to see what the customer service is like. There is nothing for control panels or anything once I log in. There is a client area at the bottom link. Log in, and it tells me I paid them money...but does not help with their services.

I sent a ticket to their customer service and if I don't get a response fairly quick, i'll contact my credit card and request a refund. . .

Set up is not instant. Customer service e-mails are quick. Good so far.

The panel and service seems quick so far, unlike 1and1.com. I dunno if they are over sold or over allocated on their servers, but that service is slow. Just getting into the admin panel is a pain.

We'll see how this rates. For 5 bucks, it's worth a try. If it's good, they may just get a renewal.
