Offer valid on purchases made between October 23, 2003, and 11:59 p.m. PST on December 31, 2003. Gift
certificates earned in participating stores starting on October 23, 2003, apply
to the limit of three per customer.

Gift certificates and unused portions of gift
certificates issued expire two years from the date of issuance, which is the
expiration date included on the gift certificate.*

Gift certificates must be redeemed through the

certificates may be redeemed for the purchase of products from third-party
