3 of 5 Works OK Wednesday, July 16, 2008 Craig from Owings Mills, MD.
The first one I received was dead on arrival. This is the replacement, it works fine for the money paid. I bought it when it was priced $18.99. I don't think I would pay much more for it. It seems to work fine as a basic bluetooth headset. I'll wait to see about its long term reliability. Was this review helpful?

This headset is junk. The free plantronics I got with a crappy razr 3 years ago is better than this. I expected more from Nokia. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Good headset for the price Tuesday, July 01, 2008 A Customer from New York, NY
I bought this as a father's day gift for my husband. He uses it every day now. I like the sleek design. It took me a little while to pair it with his treo 755 though. In the box there wasn't a pairing instruction. I had to find it on line myself. But once it's set up, it's easy to use and wear. Voice quality is good, although he sometimes complains there's a slight static noise. I tried it and couldn't detect the noise. I'm probably going deaf anyway. Was this review helpful?
3 of 5 Good value Thursday, March 27, 2008 Srikanth from Minneapolis, MN
Pros: Comfortable, Cheap, easy pairing, simple to use, fairly good reception
Cons: audible static in outdoor locations, button very hard to press, reasonable charge retention (not great)
The range is acceptable and the voice quality very good. The fitting is also comfortable over fairly long periods. The static in outdoor locations is consistently there but not a big problem.
Overall a great first headset considering the price, quality and comfort Was this review helpful?

Nice one.But i expected bit more longer reception distance.
And, i'm not feeling comfortable to use it for longer time, its not smoother in ears.
But audio quality, as usual, Nokia is the best. Was this review helpful?

It is a nice looking headset BUT, the quality of reception is not the best, it makes too much noise and the calls break down a lot. AND is not confortable to the ear. I use it with a palm centro and I think that I have to buy another one. More money to spend :-(. Was this review helpful?

Once I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised at the look of the Nokia Bluetooth BH211 headset and also it was so easy to use and was comfortably fitting over my ear. But I was totally dissatisfied with the performance of this headset outside the car. The voice of the oppposite party was breaking all the time when I was outside a car or a quite environment. I guess it is due to wind and noise. I would rate the product low eventhough it was comfortable and easy to use. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 You get what you pay for. Monday, March 03, 2008 A Customer from New York New York
This device is easy to use, fits nice in my ear. The only problem is that it doesn't have a long range. I can't even go into the next room. It is easy to use when you are in close proximity of your phone and rarely get a ny crossed signals. Its worth the money. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Good first bluetooth headset Monday, March 03, 2008 A Customer from New York
This is a very simple small bluetooth headset. It works nicely and easily. The battery life is not great but fine, it lasts about a day of heavy use. You get what you pay for not more not less. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Awesome headset Monday, March 03, 2008 Rick from West Sacramento, CA
This headset is perfect for those who don't want a lot of buttons to push. It's the easiest headset I've ever used. It is also one of the smallest devices on the market. It paired without a problem and you only have one button to deal with. Very easy to use. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Decent for 15 bucks. Sunday, March 02, 2008 A Customer from Old Westbury, NY
Sound quality is good. What I didn't like was that the call button was too hard to press so would hurt my ear a little, unless I held the headset while pressing the button. The movable ear hook proved to be quite comfortable, only downside is that sometimes you may find it awkward to put on because it may have moved since last taking off the headset. 4 of 5 Does the job Sunday, March 02, 2008 Sam from Atlanta, GA
This headset was on sale when I bought it at a great price. Seeing as I spent $100+ on my first bluetooth headset some years ago, this one was a steal. The range seems a bit shorter than other headsets I've used. When I get more than 10 feet away from my phone, I start hearing static. There is no volume control on the headset, only one button for on/off/pairing. Great value. Was this review helpful?
3 of 5 go with other Friday, February 22, 2008 A Customer from Houston, TX
this headset may become stylish if it goes with a nokia cell phone. In fact, it is good looking with fashionable design. That's all good thing about it. It's really hard to turn on/off and pair mode. You shouldn't expect to take the headset away 30 feet from the phone. The signal is getting worse. In addition, the headset sometimes losses connection during the call. Was this review helpful?

Setup could have been simpler (pairing with your cellphone), but I accomplished the task before frustration began to rear its head. The unit is very small in size (unobtrusive to others viewing you) and quite lightweight, the sound is very crisp and clear, and the operation a breeze to master. Echo is not a problem, but some measure of background noise can be heard by the person calling you. My biggest complaint by far is the discomfort of the ear piece if you wear the headset for long periods of time as I routinely do. The unit comes with an additional earpiece rubber cover however, which I found more comfortable than the one that it shipped with. Overall, considering the pittance paid for this item, the few detractions aren't meaningful enough to dissatisfy me in any way. In fact, I am considering ordering another one for a friend.
