I really like this item.
Really a great quick way to heat water for tea.
Only drawback is the attached warmer for the teapot.
It takes up a lot of counter space to have the warming kettle and the teapot out all the time.
It would be better if the warming plate was a separate appliance.

I am pretty sure Fujitronics customer will have problem with the rebate. I am a careful rebate submitter and there was once that I did not get my rebate back, that is Fujitronics. Do not believe me? Take a look at their rebate form. You will see "for rebate status checking, please email michelle.fujitronics@yahoo.com". FUjitronic either has terrible management or is deliberately treating on rebates. what kind of company would use a Yahoo email to manage rebates? Was this review helpful?

I bought this for my sister for Christmas and she LOVES it! The tea keeper thingy (sorry for lack of descriptors) is perfect and doesn't let any of the loose tea out. The carafe keeps the tea hot all day. I highly recommed this product. Was this review helpful?

The directions on using the item were not very well written and I had to read them a second time to figure out how to use just the kettle without heating the tea pot. The item works well. It heats a full pot of cold water in about 5 minutes. I especially like it because it is easy enough for my kids to use. Was this review helpful?

This is great if you're having a few cups a day. I especially like the built in stainless steel strainer and the keep warm pot stand.
All stainless construction means no leaching of dangerous chemicals from aluminium elements.
Only downside is that the tray combo is a little large and may not fit so well in a compact kitchen. Was this review helpful?

I have been waiting for my 2 Fujitronic rebate checks over 5 months + 8 days (Fujitronic product on sale on Buy.com which has the same rebate format and address), so far I have not seen any rebate check at all. Communicate with its rebate office twice, my rebates were verify, valid and qualify but no check was issued. It's not worth it to buy Fujitronic products because you will never see your rebate check.
