Adam Sandler's Click - Ok for a 9 year old?

I want some opinions.

Is Click an ok movie for a 9-year-old? I was thinking it was, but then I saw it was PG13 and I just wanted to know why it was rated that.

Definitely PG13 language. There's a sex scene but it's humorous (fast forwarded, back lit, cartoonish). That's all I can think of.

Ok, sounds like something Scott or I would need to kind of skim through and listen to some and check out the sex scene before sitting down to watch with Josh. Just in case.
