Here we go again... I Love New York!
Heh... did anyone catch the premere of this last night?
Man, they sure did pick an odd lot of guys to try to win the affection of "New York" (Tiffany Patterson) from the Flavor of Love series spin off show. Of course you know that her Momma brings most of the drama in on this show (guess the nut didn't fall too far from the tree huh?) For those of you who saw, opinions? Personally, you can already see the "set up" folks in the house. From the 'ultra thug' "Chance" to the 'ultra Preppy' "Mr. Boston". What would a guy like "Mr. Boston", or "Romance" (the one who was heart broken about his dead dog "Princess"), or "Token" do with a woman like New York? Obviously those guys were just tossed into the mix for color balance like Wire, Georgia, and Toastee were on Flavor of Love 2. Also, since "Wood" admitted that he had been on other reality shows previously (Elimidate and Blind Date) he got the boot on the first night. GO FIGURE!!!!  Also... where da hell did they find that Frankenstein monster lookin' dude "T-Bone"? Man... he looked like the Black Uncle Fester.  with the lazy eye! I laughed my @ss off!!!

I happened to catch it last nite while channel surfing. Was pretty funny when New York's mom was going around asking the dudes if they were gay. I'm pretty sure a few of those dudes were. Romance and 6-pack or whatever? Totally.

Last night's show was a let down. She's just too, too odd for me. I'll probably still watch another ep or two, but that's it (unless it gets better) because she's just strange. And that's not even addressing her mother. Man *that* woman is off.

"mom" is a freak.
I honestly think one of two things. Either they actually have mental issues or they enjoy acting like they have mental issues and it's all a show. Whichever it is... it's more annoying than entertaining and I'm not sure how many more episodes I can stomach. |
