Tongue The View- Rosie vs. Elizabeth Huge Blowout Fight

Rosie and Elizabeth had a huge fight on the View yesterday. I thought it was interesting. The clip is a little long but I rarely get tired of seeing people yell at each other. Personally I cannot stand Elizabeth Hasselbeck or her views but to each his own.

This was interesting. On debatable topics like this, I try and see how the two handle themselves as opposed to what they're political stance is. I thought Rosie acted like such a childish bully sometimes. Many people have different viewpoints, but Rosie definitely took it to a personal level, more than just a topical debate. With that being said, Elizabeth was a bit too emotional about it as well. Rosie did take it to a personal level, but I think Elizabeth COULD have tried to not take it so personal, if that makes sense.

I just had to add that even though some items on Joy Behar's "Reasons to Hate Bush" list are petty it does drive me CRAZY that the guy can't pronounce "nuclear."

Most of the items are that list are very petty and do nothing but irritate me every time someone says them. I didn't vote for 'shrub' but I am a (registered) republican. This argument is more for the pol forum, but people like this that just bring up a petty 'list' of crap from up to 7 years ago and nothing else to the table irritate the crap out of me. What the hell is she doing personally to rectify the situation other than open up her pie-hole and sound like a whinny old nag? Even though I'm not a fan of Al Gore either, at least he's actively doing something (IMHO).

"According to a New York Post report, O'Donnell's chief writer, Janette Barber, was allegedly led out of the building on Wednesday after she was caught drawing mustaches on photographs of Hasselbeck in ''The View'' studios. ABC executives didn't return repeated calls for questions on the incident Friday."

Funny!

What a stupid boring show. HOWEVER, Sherry Sheppard rocks! One of the best comedian actresses and a sweetheart in real life.

Not surprising. She disagreed with Rosie, it got heated, so Rosie pulled the "fat lesbian, etc" card. What did that have to do with the discussion?

We're talking about a woman who thinks 9/11 was a rigged conspiracy by Bush, who thinks anyone who OWNS a gun should go to jail, except for her, says a lot of offensive things about all religions, and resorts to personal attacks. And likes to out-yell people. I think I would be pretty angry if I were Elizabeth as well. I usually keep my cool in personal political discussions. I actually enjoy them. But when you're butting heads with someone so far to one side of the spectrum, who truly believes these extremist theories, and over and over proves to be pretty closed-minded, it's probably pretty easy to blow your top. Nobody should have made it personal. And Rosie's supposed to be the "moderator?"

And Behar's list was ridiculous. Claiming they were all "facts" - like "stole the election" etc.

(yeah, i wasn't sure who this girl was either, so had to look her up).

apparently, they had been friends through their arguing all along. but with this, they e-mailed and made up, but don't want to see each other face to face.

and i couldn't stand to see that video. saw 20 seconds, fast forwarded a bit.... actually a lot. i second the yapping part..... though... i did like that one comment. "Gore is the one to do it?"

I like Rosie-at least she speaks whats on her mind-that Hassleback is really not the type of person to get into any type of political argument-she just seems sooooo dumb.
