Pathetic
With a dad like this, no wonder the guy drank and did drugs (in his car). Bottom line... it's the kid's own fault. And I think the dad is pissed that he doesn't have the kid's huge salary anymore, so he's suing everyone.

Hopefully this gets thrown out but who knows with things as they are today. Always willing to blame someone other than the person responsible in order to get a handout.

"Other defendants include Eddie's Towing, the company whose flatbed tow truck was struck by Hancock's sport utility vehicle in the early hours of April 29; tow truck driver Jacob Edward Hargrove; and Justin Tolar, the driver whose stalled car on Interstate 64 was being assisted by Hargrove."
I don't understand why they are being sued? Because they were there? They could have been a streetlight, or a rock,tree,house.. He was driving DRUNK! |

Don't forget that he had drugs in the car and was talking on his cellphone. |
