Jail's changed me forever: Hilton
Who knows? Maybe it has
http://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/news...019339076.html Jail has changed Paris Hilton forever, the 24- year-old heiress revealed today in her first interview from prison. Hilton was speaking by phone to American Idol host Ryan Seacrest just days before her scheduled release on Monday after serving a rocky 23-day sentence for probation violation stemming from a drunk driving incident. The interview appeared on the same day as news reports said that Hilton agreed to a $US1 million ($A1.1 million) fee for granting her first post- release TV interview to NBC's Today show host Meredith Viera. She said that jail has been "horrible and really hard" but she's ready to begin a new chapter in her life as a changed woman. The hotel heiress said she was "really proud" of herself for serving out her sentence and even admitted there was a positive aspect to life behind bars. "In a way, I'm really glad this happened, because it changed my life forever," Hilton said in the call from Century Regional Correctional Facility. "I'm so much more grateful for everything that I have, even just to have a pillow at night or food or anything," Hilton said. Hilton revealed that she suffered from severe claustrophobia in her first days in jail. "I'm claustrophobic, and my cell is really small. It's hard," she said. "There's nothing to do but basically sit. A room with a bunkbed and a toilet and a desk," she said. "I was going a little bit crazy in the beginning. I'm getting used to it now." Hilton said she was looking forward to her release. "I just can't wait to see my family and have a nice meal and be in my own bed and appreciate all the things I took for granted and never really thought much about," she said. |

It's easy to say the right things. We'll see if she changes her behavior when she gets out. Weirder things have happened but I don't think it's very probable that she changes her ways too much.

She'll be out, half clothed, partying with Lindsey Lohan the day she gets out of jail.

I'm sure it definitely has changed her, we just need to know how long it might last...
